Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding practice that targets our connective tissue, particularly the fascia of hips, pelvis and lower spine. It is the perfect complement to dynamic styles of yoga that focus on our muscles. This is a great class for those with joint issues and injuries, and anyone wishing to increase flexibility and experience a deeper passive yet sometimes intense form of yoga. Think of it as the other half of your practice!
